What happened

The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated unless the Tenant pays $15,157 by April 30, 2023 or $17,376 by May 31, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must vacate the unit by May 31, 2023 and pay the Landlord $12,834.55 plus daily compensation of $72.95 from March 30, 2023 until the move-out date.
