What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay $23,030 by January 13, 2024 to void the order. If the Tenants do not pay, they must vacate the unit by January 13, 2024 and pay the Landlord $17,547.02 plus daily compensation of $78.90 from December 8, 2023 until they move out.
