What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $8,860 by May 31, 2023 or $9,774 by June 10, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by June 10, 2023 and pay the Landlord $7,813.30 plus daily compensation of $30.05 from April 27, 2023 until the move-out date.
