The tenancy is terminated effective November 13, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $27,276.02 plus $66.58 per day starting October 20, 2023 until they move out. If the full amount is not paid by November 13, 2023, the Tenants will owe interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
