What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's actions that seriously impaired the safety of others in the residential complex, including leaving a stove unattended, threatening to kill the Landlord and another resident, and aggressively damaging property.
The ruling
The Landlord's application is granted. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by February 17, 2024. If the Tenant does not vacate by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee.
