What happened

The ruling

The Tenant's application for maintenance repairs and rent abatement was dismissed. The Board found that the Landlord acted reasonably and that any delays in repairing the bathroom faucet were directly caused by the Tenant's hostility, refusal to cooperate, and active obstruction of the Landlord's attempts to enter the unit for repairs.
