What happened

The ruling

The Landlord is ordered to pay the Tenant $448.00 by August 26, 2025. This includes the refund of an illegal $400.00 damage deposit and the $48.00 application fee. If payment is not made on time, simple interest of 4.00% will apply to the outstanding balance.
