What happened

The Tenant requested a review of an order for non-payment of rent that was issued in their absence. The Tenant initially claimed they were not reasonably able to participate in the original hearing but later withdrew this reason. They then argued that the original order contained a serious error because they had already vacated the unit before the Landlord filed the application.
