What happened

Tenant filed an application about illegal entries, substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit, and harassment by the Landlord. If the Landlord does not pay the full amount by September 2, 2023, the Landlord will owe interest at 6.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
