What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $63,536 by October 16, 2023 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay this amount, the tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must pay $35,186 to the Landlord. The Landlord's L2 application for persistent late payment was dismissed.
