What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancies and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. Tenants filed applications raising maintenance and other issues, and seeking rent abatements and other orders. Tenants also alleged the Landlord interfered with the Tenant Association.
The ruling
Tenants required to pay rent to Landlord pending determination of applications. Landlord required to address unit-specific maintenance issues by October 31, 2024. Landlord required to provide disclosure regarding pest control, elevator issues, and individuals responsible for L1 applications.
