What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The tenancy will be terminated if the tenant does not pay $23,266 to void the order by May 13, 2023. If the tenant does not pay, they must move out by May 13, 2023 and pay $18,407.74 in rent arrears and application fees.
