What happened

The ruling
The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $24,021.45, which includes the rent arrears up to the date the Tenant vacated the unit and the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 20, 2023, they will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
