The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 2, 2023. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. If the Tenant does not vacate, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,996.49 in rent arrears and compensation for use of the unit after the termination date.
