The ruling

The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,553.85 for the damage caused to the doors and $186 for the cost of filing the application, for a total of $3,739.85. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 19, 2023, they will start owing interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
