What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to pay rent as ordered in a previous LTB order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 2, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,937.40 in rent arrears and $7.40 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting September 22, 2023 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 2, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
