What happened

Tenant applied for an order determining that the Landlord harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant. The Tenant testified that the Landlord threatened to remove the Tenant's door if rent was not paid, which caused the Tenant to vacate the rental unit.
