What happened
The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenant due to non-payment of rent. The landlord and tenant filed a written agreement to resolve the landlord's application.
The ruling
The tenant shall pay the landlord $4,362.38, which includes rent arrears up to April 30, 2023, the application fee, and administrative charges. The tenant shall pay $250 per week from April 7 to July 28, 2023, and the remaining $112.38 by August 4, 2023. The tenant shall also pay the full rent each month from April to August 2023 or until the arrears are paid, whichever is sooner. If the tenant fails to make any of the required payments, the landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the tenant.
