The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated on December 15, 2022. The last month's rent deposit of $1,725 will be applied to the month of November 2022. The Landlord shall not pursue an L1 application and an order for arrears of rent against the Tenants. If the unit is not vacated by December 15, 2022, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
