What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy is not terminated. The tenants are ordered to pay $10,283.59 to the landlord in installments over 14 months. If the tenants fail to make any of the payments, the landlord may apply to the LTB for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the tenants.
