What happened

Tenancy terminated unless Tenant pays $16,042.74 by April 30, 2024 or $17,828.80 by May 26, 2024 to void the order. If Tenant does not pay, they must vacate by May 26, 2024 and pay $12,685.69 plus daily compensation of $58.72 from April 5, 2024.
