What happened

The Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlords served a valid N4 Notice, and the Tenant did not void the notice by paying the arrears.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlords $1,150.99 for rent arrears and costs in three installments by July 1, 2023. The Tenant shall also pay new rent on time and in full during this period. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlords may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
