The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 24, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $557.34, which is the cost of the previous application less the rent deposit and interest, and $44.03 per day for use of the unit starting June 14, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 24, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
