The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by January 27, 2025. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owed by January 27, 2025, the Landlords can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement, and the Tenant will owe additional daily compensation. The previous LTB order is cancelled, and this order replaces it.
