What happened

The Landlords applied to evict the Tenant for failing to meet a condition in a previous LTB order. The Board issued an eviction order without a hearing. The Tenant's subsequent motion to set aside this eviction order was denied. The Tenant then requested a review of that denial, arguing the Member wrongly refused to consider evidence of his OSAP income. The Board denied the review request, finding no serious error in the previous decision and confirming the eviction.

The ruling

The Tenant's request to review order LTB-L-015625-25-SA, which had denied his motion to set aside an eviction, is denied. The adjudicator found no serious error in the previous Member's decision. The order from May 28, 2025, is confirmed and remains in effect, meaning the eviction stands.
