What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by April 21, 2025. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owed by April 21, 2025, the Landlord can file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction, and the Tenant will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
