The ruling

If they do not, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $8,488.68, which includes compensation for use of the unit and the application filing fee. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by June 30, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
