What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant admitted to the arrears but proposed a payment plan, claiming his partner stole his money. The Landlords opposed the plan due to a history of non-payment. If the Tenant does not void the order, he must vacate by November 30, 2025, and pay the Landlords $5,178.56 plus daily compensation of $42.08 from August 22, 2025, until he vacates.
