The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 9, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,848.21, which includes the remaining rent arrears from the previous order and the rent owing for May 2023, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $58.22 per day for each day of occupation starting May 30, 2023 until the Tenant vacates the unit.
