What happened

The Landlord applied for termination of tenancy and eviction based on two grounds: non-payment of rent (L1 application) and an agreement to terminate the tenancy (L3 application). The Landlord discovered that the Tenants had provided fraudulent documents to secure the rental unit, leading the parties to sign an N11 agreement. Despite being present in the morning, the Tenants failed to attend the afternoon portion of the hearing.
