What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $7,286 by June 30, 2023 or $8,386 by July 9, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must move out by July 9, 2023 and pay the Landlord $5,250.45, which includes rent arrears and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest.
