What happened

The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated if the Tenant does not pay $5,123.50 by May 31, 2023 or $5,630.76 by June 9, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $4,799.72 to the Landlord and will owe daily compensation of $16.68 until the unit is vacated.
