What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $19,386 by February 29, 2024 or $21,786 by March 13, 2024 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by March 13, 2024 and pay the Landlords $10,267.12 plus daily compensation.
