What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $13,486 to void the order and continue the tenancy by April 30, 2023. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $12,429.21 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by April 30, 2023. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement starting May 1, 2023.
