What happened
The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective August 3, 2025, unless the Tenant pays $2,843.80 by July 31, 2025, or $3,508.25 by August 3, 2025, to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must move out by August 3, 2025, and pay the Landlord $1,804.57, representing arrears and filing fees minus the rent deposit and interest.
