What happened

Tenant alleged that the Landlord punched holes in the Tenant's door, locked the Tenant out of the unit and garage, and prohibited the Tenant from accessing belongings in the kitchen and bathroom. The Tenant sought a rent abatement, replacement costs, and moving and storage costs.

The ruling

The Landlord shall pay the Tenant $2,787.81, which includes a rent abatement, replacement costs for disposed items, and moving and storage expenses. If the Landlord does not pay by the due date, interest will accrue at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
