What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 7, 2023. The tenant must pay the landlord $1,992.40 in rent arrears and the cost of the previous application, plus $19.40 per day in compensation starting April 27, 2023 until the tenant vacates the unit. If the tenant does not pay the full amount by May 7, 2023, the landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
