What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $11,642.16 to void the order by June 13, 2023. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by June 13, 2023 and pay the Landlord $5,730.70, which includes rent arrears and filing fees, minus the rent deposit and interest.
