What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring the Tenant to pay the rent that the Tenant owes. The Tenant did not pay the total rent they were required to pay for the period from July 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $4,480.06, which includes rent arrears up to March 31, 2023 and the application filing costs, minus the rent deposit and interest. If the Tenant does not pay by June 19, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
