The tenancy is terminated effective June 20, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,894.68 plus $22.87 per day for each day of continued occupancy after June 10, 2023. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 20, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
