The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 26, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $6,877.48, which includes rent arrears up to May 15, 2023, and the cost of filing the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. The Tenants must also pay the Landlord $34.88 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting May 16, 2023, until the Tenants move out.
