The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $1,574.80 by August 31, 2023 or $2,956.18 by September 30, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by September 30, 2023. The Landlord is entitled to compensation for the Tenant's continued occupation of the unit after August 16, 2023.
