The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 5, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $10,655.22 (less any payments made after the application was filed) by May 5, 2023, representing rent arrears up to April 24, 2023 and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $36.55 per day for use of the unit starting April 25, 2023 until the Tenant vacates.
