What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $5,554.54 by April 30, 2023 or $8,231.31 by May 31, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not make the required payment, they must vacate the unit by May 31, 2023. The Landlord is entitled to deduct $88 per day for the Tenant's continued occupation of the unit after March 17, 2023.
