What happened

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated on July 15, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $9,578.88 by June 30, 2023 or $11,210.82 by July 15, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $4,306.70 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears up to the hearing date and the cost of filing the application, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit.
