What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to pay rent as ordered in a previous LTB order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 3, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $17,085.96 plus $64.80 per day starting June 23, 2023 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 3, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
