What happened

The Tribunal granted the Tenant's request for review and cancelled the previous order. The Tribunal ordered that the tenancy will be terminated unless the Tenant pays $21,413.07 by April 30, 2023 or $22,653.37 by May 31, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by May 31, 2023 and pay the Landlord $18,940.92 plus daily compensation.
