What happened

The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy alleging that the Tenant or an occupant committed an illegal act or trade within the residential complex. During the hearing, the parties reached a consent agreement to maintain the tenancy subject to behavioral conditions.

The ruling

The tenancy is preserved on the condition that the Tenant refrains from harassment and threatening behavior toward the Landlord and other tenants for 12 months. If the Tenant breaches these conditions, the Landlord may apply for eviction within 30 days of the breach after conducting an investigation. The Tenant must pay the $186.00 filing fee by September 30, 2025.
