What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. Tenants filed a T2 application alleging the Landlord substantially interfered with their reasonable enjoyment, harassed them, and withheld vital services.

Tenants' T2 application is dismissed. Tenancy terminated as of October 31, 2022 when Tenants vacated. Tenants must pay Landlord $8,162.57, which includes rent arrears and filing fees, minus rent deposit and interest.
