The tenancy will be terminated on July 15, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $15,486 by June 26, 2023 or $18,036 by July 15, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must move out by July 15, 2023 and pay $10,861.60 to the Landlords.
